Insurance & Risk Management:
  • Assisted a Canadian-based industrial company to develop a "captive insurance solution" for its General Liability and US Auto/Workers Compensation exposures which immediately stabilized its insurance costs and the captive also obtained cash flow and tax benefits for the parent.
  • Managed captive insurance companies for various mining companies and a major Canadian conglomerate with international exposures.
  • Developed a “Captive Pre-Feasibility Review” model that provides clients with projected balance sheet and profit and loss information on which decisions can be made to pursue a comprehensive Captive Study.
